Earthquake on the 31st going to happen.

So, after looking into patterns regarding the Spectrum monitoring system HAARP has, you can easily predict things. On the 3rd of march there was an almost hour long gap in recording, a space where you cant see what they've done, a cover up. On the 11th Eq in Japan hits.. So I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the 31st is next, on the 23rd there was yet again another gap in recording, since they operate in 3's, 9's, 11's and 33's. I'm going to say the 31st is next... I dont know just throwin it out there...
