Use HAARP to predict EQs.

According to some guy on YouTube, we can predict when a major earthquake is to hit, by using HAARPs own online data sheets. Based on the name of the chart hes showing and that ive been following, i dont see how it correlates to EQ's, but who knows? The trend is pretty spot on....

This is the chart the guy in the video showed...i know it isnt a day before the Japan EQ: HAARP data sheet

Im not sure this guy is right, but the charts seem to fit his theory.

**: before making this post, the chart for today had no block missing. And i hear talk of a massive EQ to hit California in the next 48 hours....

The strange thing is that on march 3 there was a huge block missing and nothing happened the day after, but 8 days later occured the earthquake in Japan. If a period of 8 days is needed for an earthquake to hit, the right calculation will be March,31. If the guy is right of course...
