I just ate an entire bag of Reese bites and they were delicious! But I never eat chocolate more than once per month and this was the second time I've had the craving in March. I can only assume that aliens are beaming these cravings into my brain. I know not yet what their intent is.

Do you eat them more or less than 12 times per year?

I am relatively certain I was born with a chocolate deficiency, however I can't get a doctor to confirm it.

My favorite is Ghirardelli, Intense Dark, *Twilight Delight*.

Twilight Delight

Swoon. Even the name is beautiful. I am open to other options. I always keep my options open when it comes to this heavenly, venerable substance.

Thank you, dearest OP, for this most brilliant thread. And don't despair. I read your other post which brought me here. There is always hope. As long as there is Twilight Delight and air to breathe, there is hope.

The only problem I have with chocolate is the massive heartburn it gives me.

CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON!!!

Actually, I'm addicted to "Rockets". For those who live under stones and don't know what "Rockets" are, they are the small multi-colored candies that come in those see through rolls and they're only available at Halloween or in candy stores.

A part of me finds this disgusting, and part of me wants some.

Sigh.

What is the matter with me?

chocolate covered bacon was recently on the travel channel.
the guy never knew how huge a seller it really was.
he claims it was being bought up every time he made it.

now back to this 12 times a year.....would you be female per chance?

Here is a conspiracy that is just as interesting as this thread. According to the Europeans, they believe in the conspiracy that American chocolate bars are not chocolate, they're candy. It's a lot less expensive to make a candy bar than a real chocolate bar and Americans wouldn't know, nor appreciate the difference anyway.

I was sure that I was a chocolate hater UNTIL I ate unsweetened chocolate from Europe... Aahhh....
It is bitter, melts and send you floating for a few minutes of pure pleasure!

I even had the chance to eat chocolate mixed with hot pepper, like the Mayans or the Aztec did, way back... Delicious!

Now I am proud to say that I love chocolate. But not milk-chocolate...

When you see chocolate listed as the tenth or eleventh ingredient, it's not a conspiracy anymore, it's fact that it is candy. Especially when they list 4 or 5 different sugar right at the beginning...

This is by far the best chocolate thread ever to hit ATS!

I just polished off a half a bag of cherry swirled Dove chocolates....

YUM!!!

I love chocolate 365 days a year!

I eat a little piece of chocolate, usually dark chocolate, every day. It's my small little thing I get joy out of every day. It's simple

I love chocolate with nuts, raisins, crisp, marshmallow, caramel and pretty much anything you can put chocolate on. We have these locally made chocolate covered potato chips and OMG they are so darn good. I can eat the whole box lol They are addicting.
