I just hope that development isn't handicapped just so it can be on both systems like GTA4 was rumored to be. If nothing else, they could do a multi-disc scenario to fit it on Xbox. I'm assuming the old rumor of it being a Sony exclusive is turning out to be false then?

It'll be handicapped no matter what since it'll be developed primarily for consoles.
