Thanks for the video, I've seen him talk about the different types of civilizations before. I think we will make contact when we are on the cusp of becoming a Type I civilization. And then make physical contact aliens and join the possible Galactic Federation when we are near to becoming a Type II civilization. They are allowing us to do whatever we want on our planet and possibly our solar system, but once we start venturing out of our solar system into the space they own or have colonized we will be looked at as a problem if we don't conform to their rules and they will make their presence felt.

It's possible they have been nudging us along with technology, but it is probably more likely they are letting us develop on our own to see where we get and how we get there by ourselves.

Fascinating for sure! Birth pains to type 1 civilization? Well let's hope we are moving in the right direction and all the current tragedy is birthing pains.
His speech kind of suggests an ultimate owg at some point, which I personally think is a natural evolution.
I just hope some altruism remains in the process.

So the universe is made up of 73% dark matter? Wow, and that is not just empty space, right?
I would be willing to bet that there is life within the dark matter, perhaps even multiple dimensions.
We have found life everywhere else we have looked, so why not? Especially since it is 3/4 of the universe.
Bruno's Revenge? Schweet! A nice slap in the face to the continued ignorance and denial maybe!

I have no doubt that we will make contact at some point, my worries are distinguishing between the reality of that situation and it's unfolding, verses the spin our leaders may put on it all, or worse, creating a similar mock event for self-serving purposes, aka the new "boogeyman."

My understanding is that Dark Matter is really what Theosophists call etheric matter which is still physical matter, but matter that is at a much higher vibration therefore more refined and subtle. Our scientific instruments are not yet sensitive enough to adequately measure this matter. At this higher etheric level very evolved life exists, such as life found on the other planets in our Solar system. Wonder where all the UFO's come from? - mostly from Mars and Venus.

They have the ability to lower the vibration of their craft or bodies so that our physical eye can see them. Helps to explain why so many people see ships appear or vanish in a blink of an eye. As the human race evolves it will be able to see these etheric planes just like we are able to see the dense physical planes. All of us have an etheric counterpart to the dense physical body and once science discovers these plane we will have a better understanding of healing and the nature of disease. One important discovery will be the effect of nuclear radiation on the etheric levels which is very dangerous and toxic apparently to all life on the planet. If it wasn't for the service of our 'UFO' friends who help to 'mop' it up from our oceans and atmosphere we would be a very sick planet indeed ( or so I have read)

Interesting concept I reckon.

The etheric planes have been demonstrated to exist by the great scientist and psychologist Wilhelm Reich, who was a colleague and one-time assistant of Freud. He died in an American prison in 1957. He was arrested for purporting to treat diseases with instruments which he claimed (correctly) attracted matter from the etheric planes, which he called orgone energy. He saw it as one vast plane of orgone energy, which he saw, rightly, as being everywhere in the universe, substanding the outer solid physical plane.

Esotericists understand the etheric plane as four planes, becoming finer and finer as they go higher. The fourth etheric is just above gas, and is invisible unless you have etheric vision. The reality of this etheric energy, of what he called “orgone energy”, was demonstrated palpably by Wilhelm Reich in various simple experiments. Nevertheless, he was arrested because he used instruments which he called the “orgone accumulator”, boxes which accumulated the etheric energy of some levels, usually the two lower levels, the fourth and the third etheric, to treat diseases including cancer and various other diseases. In America that was deemed illegal. The Food and Drug Administration arrested him, refused to allow him to prove his work, and he died in prison.
