lately ive been having some very not strange dreams in the fact that they were frightening but strange in the fact that they feeled so real. By i real i mean i didn't realize that i was even dreaming like i thought this stuff was actually going on, some of them had people i know very well in them like close friends of mine and a couple of others had people that i don't know at all but i was interacting with them to such a point that in my mind it made no sense to me that i could possibly be dreaming it felt so real

i was wondering if anyone had any insight to what this might be to help me out at all, im nto frightened just curious as to what could be triggering this.

nothing to out of the ordinary has been going on in my life lately besides the fact that im joining the marine corps and it hasnt been the easiest of things to do for me or my family, so any little insight would help

thank you

thats just deep REM sleep. I get it alot, but not everyone does. Some people Never do, some people dont need it, other need it to function properly. I think some peoples lives are more stressful then others, and we have to make sense of it in our sleep. Sometimes because of what's going on you need to almost rewire your brain to accept what is going on around you in life. As long as no one wakes you up when you are in the middle of deep REM sleep you brain can make the new connections or re-connections it needs to make.

truth is, everyday we are learning new things, sometimes there is alot more information coming in threw our senses into our brains then we can almost process, and so that is why we dream in REM so deeply. If you dont Rem dream at all, like nothing!! Then you likely have the same intelligence that you had since high-school or whenever the last time you dreamed was. not that that is a "bad thing" some people were very smart in High school. I know lots of people who are 50 years old that act like children from highschool still and i know many that are wise beyond their years. Everyones brain is different and alot of that has to do with dreams.

Because of this I am against constant-everyday use of ganja and alcohol because they impair your brain to dream. I dont care if you use it from time to time, but to use it everyday is like saying "i dont want to learn, i dont want to live, i dont want to be here." and maybe even says more then that.

hope this helped ya any
