Forum Time

I'm beginning to find it more important to know the time a post was...posted, but my account is not on the correct time. So I go to tools and try to change it to GMT. I click submit, and it resets to Baghdad/Moscow time (GMT+3). It also says beside this that GMT time is currently 05:54am - it is now 10:54am, so I don't know what's going on with that either, because not only is it incorrect, it isn't even GMT+3. Can anyone help?

I found a thread on this from 2006 which was never actually answered except by "get used to it", so I don't know if it's been covered by any other thread. Obviously, to put in a search for 'time' or 'GMT' comes up with a ridiculous amount of threads, so I may have missed it.

No idea..
I changed my time in tools and it works fine..
If in doubt, delete cache, reset comp and try again.
