Scientist Claims Haarp Causing Significant Damage - Depopulation Agenda

I have gotten a lot of great information from this blog (link below). This most recent post has a video with actual scientists discussing the possibility of HAARP having an (implied) "Black Ops" operation that could indeed be a form of "Tectonic Weapon", causing earthquakes. Later in the blog is a post with a video-graph made from documentation from HAARP's OWN website, before it mysteriously and suddenly was taken down (went offline) 3 weeks ago. You can see what happens a few days before the Japan quake. Unbelievable! Anyone whose interested, I've found some good videos and information on this site. well his depopulation theory is obviously rubbish - the world population continues to increase.

All the dead from Japan, Pakistan, US tornadoes, NZ Earthquakes & every other natural disaster in the last 24 months probably amounts to 1less than 1 day's increase (about 210,000).

If they're going to depopulate why don't they use something that is acctually effective??!!
