Who wants to live underground in Nebraska?

I would rather buy one of these:

Radius Bomb Shelters

They offer several models starting at $100K.

More importantly, there is a ton of information on this site that fully explains how they operate after TSHTF.

The problem I have with the community underground bunkers is how can 950 people happily cohabit locked underground? You would need laws...rules....what happens when someone goes wacko?

Many people, myself included, would be extremely claustrophobic.
