Can anyone recomend a good sci fi or sci fi/horror film I haven't seen?

I watched moon, and another movie on this thread, and enjoyed them both, moon especially..

I would suggest minority report, good sci fi. I would recommend A.I that movie was very good, I would suggest the new war of the worlds, another good sci fi.

the abyss, Try out vanilla sky. Butterfly effect was a good sci fi flick as well. Anything futuristic is sci fi to me..

Hard to find.
Low budget.
a little campy.
But VERY thought provoking.
It did make me go HMMMMM..
There is a twist at the end. As a character addresses the camera directly.
