This warship was spotted about a week ago, I wonder with all the current bombing at Libya if this warship is patrolling the area

That Chinese Frigate Xuzhou left the Mediterranean some time ago. She was last noted crossing the Equator as of yesterday. Looks like she is on her way for a goodwill visit of various African countries and ports?
