Finland will move the operations of its embassy in Tokyo to Hiroshima amid the ongoing crisis at a nuclear power plant in Fukushima Prefecture that was crippled by the catastrophic earthquake and tsunami, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland said Friday. ''Prospects with regard to the security situation in Tokyo appear uncertain,'' the ministry said in a release. ''The measure is a precaution, done to secure the activities of the embassy in Japan under all circumstances.'' The operations in Hiroshima will begin on Saturday, it added.
