Sorry, I was being provocative.
But I do believe Man is succeeding nature. Becoming independent of the "parents" so to speak. Even now we have developed artificial means to prolong
our lifespan, enhanced our productive and well-being and so and so.
We have also developed ways of alerting each other about possible calamities, and eventually I believe we will be able to stop them. Though I feel
that stopping them would actually be counter-productive in some manner, sort of like cutting the circulation.
Then again, this succession is perhaps a natural process and thus a part of nature? Where do you draw the line?
