eeeer...not right now it's not

although that's not to say things wont settle down again...although these stats are very interesting:

From 1980 to 1990, there were 16 quakes at least 7.5.
From 1990 to 2000, there were 37.
From 2000 to 2010, there were 58.

I'm not sure about HARRP's involvement, but I'm sure we have the capability to cause large scale disasters at this point. The question is: why?
