Charlie Sheen YAWN.....

A lot of people think this whole Charlie Sheen business is funny. I dont think it's funny at all. The guy is having a breakdown of some kind obviously. Mental illness is not funny.Sheen's disturbance has been exacerbated by the media. That he wants the coverage is one of his psychiatric symptoms. That we consume stories about him is a sign of just how sick our society has become. Remember Britney Spears also? Why are we glorifying this guy and his illness? He is obviously very troubled and all this attention he is getting is certainly not helping. It's only feuling more crap to come out of his mouth. He is getting praise for 'not giving a f*ck', well, that is a symptom of a breakdown. This guy should be getting proper help not ridicule and or praise for the rubbish that comes out of his mouth. Imagine if he as a close friend or family member, you would not be laughing then.

Charlie Sheen just keeps WINNING!....well not really. He preaches apathy and that's exactly what the youth want to hear. It has become disturbing although I think he is just trying to make a name for himself, I don't think it's a mental illness after all he's an actor.

Honestly, [snip] Charlie Sheen.

Theres more improtant things to worry about than some hollywood celeb that has had to much coke, and not enough of his ant-depressants.

Well this is the RANT forum, and there is nothing wrong with defending someone you do not know who is a fellow human bieng just like the rest of us, when you can see that the media are just taking the pure p*ss out of them relentlessly, glorifying mental illness and how funny it is to laugh at them just because they are famous. All this is STILL going on even with everything else that has been going on in the world, just goes to show how [snip] up we are as a human race. Obviously, people enjoy seeing those who've "made it big" fail. Helps them feel better that they haven't "made it". A way of saying, "See, even crap happens to THEM!".

It's hard to feel sorry for him. He brought it on himself. Are we forgetting his YEARS of heavy drug use, assault on women, and being destructive? Spears is another case...a gal who simply kept going and going until she had a meltdown.

He doesn't WANT help. He's happy being who and what he is (which is, reportedly, a Warlock with tiger blood and adonis DNA).... He's not really getting "praise"...he's more like the drunk uncle at a wedding that is fun to laugh at. Sure, if it was someone close to us, we wouldn't be laughing...but as it isn't...just human nature.

That's what happens when celebrities smoke crack and live with pornstars. Don't become a crack smoking whore marrying celebrity if you don't want all the negative publicity.

I personally love Charlie Sheen and I find his antics amusing. It will be a sad when/if he finally OD's. I can't help it. I love crazy people. They remind me of me on my manic days. Charlie Sheen is definitely "winning".
