Can you explain the food chain that was damage, by this exposure, it snow and rain there. fish eat other fish, and how many RADS are needed to say don't eat

Counts per minute is a tricky measurement, but a good rule of thumb is that several thousand counts per minute is when you start worrying, and several tens of thousands is when you start dying.
