Is free energy here? now?

I couldn't see any posts about this allready but I found the site fascinating about a new technology using magnets to create a moving motor without the use of fuel

I've spoken to the guy who owns that site via email, he says the retail model will be 8500 euros, it's going to be launched in a big way in two months and the life expectency is at least 15 years.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
