Why doesnt the US use HAARP

Why doesnt the US use HAARP to manipulate the ionsphere, pushing it up, thus changing the path of the jetstream so it doesnt get mobbed by this huge radioactive wave of particles?

Because there would be substantial proof of HAARP powers, and they don't want that?

Because IT DOESN' SHIFT THE JETSTREAM( or cause frickin earthquakes or chase the bedbugs outta grampas batman "underroos".): they are not moving Air. They are changing the altitude of the charged boundary where electrical inter action with communication signals takes place to change the "bounce" ( reflection and refraction of communication signals off the "boundary").

Probably because there is no huge radioactive wave of particles coming towards the US.

And even if there was...the ATS fantasy view of HAARP that can do just about everything doesn't exist...so still no luck.

Did you know that the HARRP was made to bring good weather to places where nothing grows,but the U.S got there hands on it,...now if you think about it we would use that to destroy japan on the hush then aid them like nothing happend,even so japan can restore that gives us time to even out the odds,n for any one who thinks other wise do some homework on the HARRP,it can do more than you think,it was said it alot to do with katrina,hatti,and new zealand
