That's deep man, real deep.

But anyone who understands basic meteorology would know chemtrails are nothing more than condensation trails caused by jet exhaust.

Pffft you have to implicate the government and government/scientific facilities for any conspiracy to hold water... even if the water doesn't hold because there's no way to deflect the barrage of bullets that'll tear it to shreds. As you all know, we should never just accept that the government, alians, NWO, blah blah blah isn't behind any natural disaster on a planet who's weather activity is constantly changing on a spinning ball of rock who's crust is made of separate plates that mash into eachother on a regular basis... yeah none of that is natural, the afformentioned powers cause all that.

I was just looking over some google maps and found this bizzar image of just one cloud over area51 just one... nothing around. If you look at it closely you can see different colors of pink and some blues... pretty odd I'd say. Some Photoshop editing and look at the results. what do you guys think HAARP?

HAARP DOES have the ability to cause EQs, Tornados, Hurricanes, Floods and Droughts.
They have weaponized the weather. Period.

Edited to add: No one can say for sure that the Japan EQ(s) was/were/are caused/being caused by HAARP...its called "plausable deniability", and is one reason the gov't loooves this insidious weapon.

I can't speak to; "Is HAARP responsible". I don't know anything of their activities, or motives. But, I can speak to its technology.

HAARP is capable of applying all three kinds of modulation that is spoked of in the patient. Given this, and the moderately large amount of power they can transmitt; it would be very easy for HAARP to create a virtual antenna specifically intended to radiate ELF, VLF, and ULF EM fields. It has been shown that these kinds of fields can have serious effects on the planet's plates. I can go get those references if you like, but, you should have some of the fun of discovery.

A week ago I was of the opinion that HAARP could not do these things. That opinion was based on my (now antique) Masters in Electrical Engineering. Unfortunately an "antique" degree isn't worth much more than a very good foundation, unless one actually works in a specific field. I went into software engineering, so didn't know much modern radio. I was taken somewhat aback by this discovery, and a bit scared by what is technologically possible in this area.

This could be called "VLF Radio Tomography". It is relatively new, and possibly quite dangerous.

As to the question of "did HAARP do it". Probably not. This technology has limited range (visible planet from a few hundred miles up ... no more than a hemisphere), and is not directional at all. This would make it nearly usless as a weapon. Although, smaller devices might work as weapons, though perhaps not well.

You are right to question whether HAARP, specifically, caused these things, or one of the other installations around the globe.

If HAARP was indeed responsible, could it be considered an act of war?

P.S.: the HAARP really does use all the 3.6 GigaWatts = 3.6 billion (that is right - BILLIONs) Watts - some brilliant guys living in Alaska managed to convince people working in HAARP to steal some government issued manuals on function of HAARP - check the net

Don't know where ya got that, but according to the University of Alaska; there is only 2.2GW produced in the entire state. Thats about a gigawatt short.

This whole thing with the chemtrails and HAARP has gotten way to far out of hand. An earthquake happens and everyone screams HAARP...how about no? It is a natural occurrence.
