China bullies southeast Asian countries

China has been acting strange. Do they really want to show their might to the world and show us all that they are a force to reckon with?

The latest is when Japan has lodged a formal protest after a Chinese helicopter flew close to its destroyer in the East China Sea.

The next victim is Philippines, wherein two Chinese patrol ships harassed a Philippine exploration vessel in the Spratly Islands. In response, Manila sent two war planes to the area, prompting the Chinese boats to leave.

Then lastly Vietnam. Vietnam complained about a Chinese presence off its coast. The Vietnamese foreign ministry said on Friday that China's anti-piracy exercise in the Truong Sa archipelago was a serious violation of Vietnam's sovereignty.

Remember that China's increased its military budget. What do you think guys, why do China need to harass its neighbors?

Nothing you noted is really harassing..
They need a few lessons from the US or Israel to learn how to harass properly..

maybe your right, because according to reports, Philippines deployed 2 warplanes to the area, prompting the Chinese boats to leave. If they want to harass why leave when they saw 2 warplanes, cause as far as I know, Philippines got no warplanes, maybe Huey's only lol.

1949 - Uighurs is not a country. I think you mean Xinkiang. Then no.. Uighurs are not native there either. don't take the "free Media" as a source - visit the library. They originate from one of three great tribe of Mongolia and invaded Xinkiang in the 800 AD and ruled only 70 years. They re-populated therein the 18-19th Century, went the Qing dynasty wipe out most of the Mongols there.

All countries including USA recognized it (Watch "Why We Fight" 1941). The reason why is propagandized so today, is because the Chinese Communist won the revolution over the KMT. Also on the "1,200,000 Tibetans was killed by China. (Note : 1/5 of total population) Tibetans was killed by China.". Show me proof - not just some articles pulling figures out of the sky, because the Tibetan population then was 1.2 million - mostly serf (Slave) serving the Lamas and family.

1959 China disputed and the border disputed with India. I have a surprise for you, India invaded China first. Read up the British Officer Neville Maxwell accounts. The document is still remain classified by India. Also read up on Gregory Clark.

1969 China invaded the Soviet Union (Danmansky island). It was a short land dispute. By most account Russian won. Today Russian has given back the land to China.

1979 China fought against Vietnam as “Punishment”. It's not so simple as that. The Vietnamese, being embolden by their victory against US, took complete side to the Russian, who by then had threatened China in the North, a betrayal if you like. The Bias "Free Media" keeps harping on the issue of China trying to help the Khmer Rouge alone - which was partly true. But not so much of "punishment" but trying to guard the south west region from encirclement, Except the pacific, China was then surrounded by Russian satellites. Another reason, which was ignored by the media, was that at the Time Vietnam was purging the Ethnic Chinese in Vietnam (Read up Boat people). 150 thousand ethnic Chinese was forced at gun point across Chinese border within a few month. China, due to drought and the Cultural revolution, could not even feed their own people then. It's not so simple.

BTW, for info, if China had not devastated Northern Vietnam, the Viet-con would have invaded Thailand.

By far, Today, Vietnam holds most of the Islands militarily (2/3 of it). On the Paracels Island, I think Viet-con signed a treaty in 1954 for it to be in China's possession. It's strange that Vietnam today still lay claims.

They bashed people in the streets to death including women and children, with rods, stones and knife. Between 300 to 700 hundred were killed within 4 days of rampage. You have to keep in mind that perception of China by the west, radically changed after 1951, when the dictator Chang of the KMT, fled to Formosa (Taiwan). The Communist won the civil war. It's all about ideology that the West is still mis-reporting and deliberately lie. I wonder why people still regards every "Free Press" reports as a chapter out of a bible, like a gospel ?

I have a cure.. it's call Empathy and Hypocrisy. Don't criticize others, when you (or your Authorities) will do the same under the same situation.

Well you have your opinion and i have mine. Nothing personal. Nothing to get bent out of shape about. Take your cure an give it to the one's in China.

BTW this is kinda out of topic, just wanna ask, If US and UK and other countries formed NATO, why can't China, North Korea, Russia, Iran etc form their own alliance? If they do form their own organization does it mean they are sending a message of war to NATO? I think it is much cooler if they form their own cause if Nato was formed to defend itself from other countries, whose there to defend China and the others?

The infrastructure looks quite dated so perhaps the airstrip dates back to 1960's?
