Did BLS pull real employment data offline? Employment Situation (empsit.cpseea3)

Can't find employee situation document which was posted here: ftp.bls.gov/pub/suppl/empsit.cpseea3.txt

Most links to the employment report are critical of the unemployment rate number and the failure of the Obama administration to increase jobs. The stimulus plan was sold to the public to prevent unemployment from rising above 8%. Of course it had little to no impact other than to drain the government of money, which they'll turn to the public to refill.

Here's the BLS FTP directory which used to hold the files. No more.
