I don't see anything, I don't get it, people can't tell if its a boy or girl, but can find patterns in bushes to connect it to a guy with a rope in the background. It happens often, we see in videos either a gnome, alien, UFO, ghosts, etc, and debunkers say the video was blurry, or that "we" (believers) find patterns in stuff to make out faces, etc, but when it's their time to debunk something, they find patterns also, which are not obvious.

For example

The trick to seeing behind outright hoaxes and honest misinterpretations of vidoes is to ignore the action figure and look around. It is difficult to not be watching this child (that the original thread said was a girl). Block her out of your vision and you can see this person move, as I said earlier. You will not see it in the single frame at 33 seconds where the person has come out and is stationary. Watch it over and over. You may eventually even his spread legs.

That said, I believe we humans have that capability and some can implement it--especially children.

Excuse my last post, please. I can't seem to edit my last post. In watching the stabilized version, I don't see the man I thought I saw nor that supposed rope I mentioned.

While supposedly videoed in Russia, I wonder why the man is talking to his dog in english?

A glaring fault in the video is that for some reason the child coming down is not shown. She is in the air and then on the ground seemingly quickly moving away from the camera. A "landing" would have been the most telling aspect of the video, but we are "spared" that shot but not of the dog running around, etc. So that sets off alarm bells.

However, for her to be suspended by wires, means that she would be fitted with some sort of harness which would be underneath her jacket. Therefore, the wires would have to penetrate the jacket at least at a mid point in her back.It could have been only one wire, but I see not evidence of a that. I'm thinking that a lightweight child can be safely suspended for a very short time with nothing much more than a wide belt and one wire.

Anyway, I enjoyed the thread for the chance to work out exactly what did or didn't happen. Thanks OP.

Yes but if you look at 22 seconds there are no branches for a rope to be used on. When he walks around to where the child is you get a good overhead view. But I wonder what scared the dog by the sound of it at the end of the video it was afraid of something.

Around 31 to 33 seconds, it appears to me you can see a wire harness strap on her rigth thigh .
It also seems to me there is a wire visible.

The childlike entity is not human, it is being lifted and moved through the air by other aliens much the same as humans do with their children.

The parent figure is the orange coat is wearing a bigfoot suit of the Atoka variety (unclosed)

There are a large variety of entities, the poor security leads one to believe the purpose of the group is recreation, with perhaps a lttle hunting thrown in.

The whole video has a story telling mode to it...

I disagree that it is Russian. His pronunciation of the word "Tarzan" is in a perfect English accent. If you can say that "Tarzan" in Russian is pronunced exactly the same, I'll accept that it is Russian.
