Both informational and disinformational psycholayers of the Universe have an equal right on life in the Open Cosmos. All of them are situationally used in practice by the Highest. Shambhala (Psycholayer of the Ascended Master Teachers And Mentors) is a typical representative of disinformational psycholayers. In outward appearance, everything looks reasonably true, from convolutions of the brain point of view.
