just found this:

Anencephaly is a cephalic disorder that results from a neural tube defect that occurs when the cephalic (head) end of the neural tube fails to close, usually between the 23rd and 26th day of pregnancy, resulting in the absence of a major portion of the brain, skull, and scalp[1]. Children with this disorder are born without a forebrain, the largest part of the brain consisting mainly of the cerebral hemispheres (which include the neocortex, which is responsible for higher-level cognition, i.e., thinking). The remaining brain tissue is often exposed—not covered by bone or skin.[2] Most babies with this genetic disorder do not survive birth.

I came to the same conclusion but am no expert but I hope to find and get some answers.

....its arms and legs are way too long for this infant to be human?
did you notice the missing / deformed skull?

this infant isnt normal, so i dont see why it couldnt have extra or elongated appendages. if you took the time to look at its arms and legs, you should have taken a tenth of a second longer to look at its feet.

human feet. not ape or monkey.

When that happens it doesn't look mechanical at all. In fact, that's the part that convinces me that it's not fake. It really looks like a baby of some sort there. Having had 4 of my own and seen them at this stage, I think I am qualified to at least speculate here.

I wanted to qualify that I don't necessarily think this is anything anomolous, just that the leg motions look real. The eyes and head look really fake to me.

I was shocked when I first saw this video but after further research I discovered that this can happen to any woman with these symptoms:
a) Women taking anticonvulsants medication.
b) Women with undiagnosed or uncontrolled diabetes.
c) Women with Malabsorption problems.
d) Any woman with a family history of neural tube defects.

I thought that was not normal but unfortunately these things happen
I was wrong in thinking that could be something else
