2005-2009... What will happen in the US & around the world if Kerry is elected US President?

What are your predictions, based on the nature of world events since Sept. 11, 2001, for 2005-2009 in the U.S. & around the world if John Kerry is elected U.S. President?

Will he totally withdraw all U.S. troops from the Middle East? Will he offer apologizes to the U.N. for Bush's invading Iraq and attempt to improve the U.S.'s reputation in the international community?

On the other hand, will he try to negotiate with the terrorists, causing the U.S. to get hit hard in a major terrorist attack again? Will the economy collapse as Kerry raises taxes to astronomical levels?
