Welcome to abovetopsecret.com, can you explain how this is this above - top - secret? If so please explain to me how it is because I think I have missed something here. If I wanted to laugh about people repeating the F word I would go to boredsh*tless.com or any other sites that specialise in degenerate humour.
I do not see why I should be amused when someone wastes my time by posting something that is crude and has nothing to with anything above top secret - luring me in with "best moon landing EVER!" And then people credit this person - what is this youtube?




For once I agree with 100% with AJ. I feel this can easily be applied to this thread.
I enjoy a good laugh when it is on an above top secret topic - this is not.

After I lasted about 10 seconds it was clear that nothing was going to change and no point was going to be made in that video, and I only lasted another 5 seconds before I shut it off. If repeating cuss words seems to have some adolescent humor it's totally lost with me, I tend to use the F-word for shock emphasis when I'm describing something negative, I don't think the F-word enhances or authors 'humor', and that includes Richard Pryor.

lol... I knew the intellect-u-alls would get a blast of interstellar gas from the video.

I too loved the part where the lights came down as soon as the stage was jarred by that last ladder rung, 70 lb. jump...

"Houston, I can't f''ing believe this! Are you getting all this? over." "Errr, roger that - you're on the f'ing moon! We can't blieve it. over."

That sim video must have been like, archive sim #268, takes 3, 4, and 7...lol, the crew and controllers alike were so jaded from, I'm sure, literally weeks of sim training that this was how it ended up...

Even more entertaining however is the replies I've been getting about this.

Are people SERIOUSLY that Anal Retentive so as to not find the humorous side of ATS? I think I'ma gonna go getts me sum mo fresh buttered popcorn Houston. over.

I guess it's all relative as I found this extremely amusing but was a tad miffed at this THREAD: ATS THREAD Really Really...
and voiced my opinion in a similar manner as those who didn't appreciate your thread. Difference is your THREAD is actually funny.

My concern is that even though you placed warnings regarding the language, some were still offended. Makes me wonder what they did when told to not run around the house with scissors...

...maybe they're still pissed off that they only have one eye from not heeding warnings and can't see the humor here!
