Stop closing threads

Have to admit i've had a couple closed and then re-opened. The Jimmy Saville one being just one example. It was closed pending staff review, i did discuss it with the staff, politely i might add (always helps rather than ranting at them), and it was soon reopened.

Let loose some steam and get it off your chest! This is the place to rant about anything that does not attack other members, the staff, or ATS itself.
