A story about a war, the life as an alien and the extinction 65 million years ago

This is actually a question rather than the story itself (Sorry ) and I was wondering if any of you remember this story. I'm not sure where I read it but I'm pretty sure I read it here on ATS a few years ago. The story was about someone who remembers their past life as a 'grey' alien and what happened here on Earth. I remember reading one part where they landed with their ships (in a Forrest perhaps) and made a perimeter to keep out all the animals. He/she remembers looking into the woods and saw the curious monkeys/apes looking at them while they had their perimeter set. (I'm not sure if that was part of a different story or if it was the same story)

It also talks about a war with different civilizations fighting to control Earth for its resources (I think :S) or for something else, I don't remember. It also says that one the alien races decided to kill everything on the planet (excluding the plants and all the tree life and similar) so they can take over. They built a prototype bomb which would kill all the other aliens fighting but at the same time not harm any plants, tree's and the similar. They used the bomb but the plan failed and it ended up wiping out everything on the planet so they had to locate another planet to go to. (or something like that)

I'm not sure if its here on ATS but it was years ago and I'm not going to bother with the search button because I really don't remember much and I most likely wouldn't find it. It could be on another site, not sure. Its a very fascinating story (In my opinion) and whether its real or not, I really loved it. I'm wondering if anyone remembers this story and possibly provide a link. It was greatly elaborated and greatly put, and I would really like to read the story and have others read it as well. (From what I remember it was really great that is )

It's a fun mental exercise but honestly it looks like swiss cheese to me.

Holes through it all over, you know?

It would make a fun book though. Fictional, of course...

Thanks for bringing it up and passing it on though, as I have never heard that one.

I think I heard of this story before, can't remember where, but a few more points of interests:

* It used bhagavad ghita as evidence for a retelling of a past war

* It used glass shards in dry areas of india as evidence of nuclear war.

Wasn't that the story about a nurse at area 51 who became the inter-mediator between a captured grey alien and government officials who were doing the interrogations?

I don't think so, but then again I wouldn't remember since those are pretty much the only parts I remember.

Maybe the OP didn't remember it so good.

It sounds like the post in the grey area titled "I was a grey alien in a past life" or something like that.. Remember having seen it.. Or maybe it was in skunk works.. Try those two forums for it..
