yeah, looks like the US is caught in their own lie. They claim he is a CIA contractor, which if that doesn't mean he works for the CIA then he is a private contractor, but he is also a "diplomat". The thugs in power use this tactic a lot, like with Blackwater, they say they have military clearance to kill civilians, and military immunity from civilian trials, but they are "private contractors" so they have immunity from military tribunals. So this Davis guy is just a "contractor" but also a diplomat. The Diplomat Contractor, ladies and gentlemen, it's the hot new job occupation.

abcnews.go.com...

ABC confirms he is a CIA spy.

Yet again ATS calls something a hoax when it is not.

The real problem with the hoax bin is that ATS claims to have a policy to not steer conversations and opinions via official, site action. That is exactly what the official labelling of something as HOAX does.

On one hand, sites claim to not be responsible for what their members post. But will still go so far as to drive out percieved hoaxers. It is like having your cake, and eating it too.

Looks like after joining ATS recently I may have to consider if this website is really what I thought it was over the years and if I wish to be a part of it. I sent a request to have this placed back where it was before it was incorrectly moved to the Hoax sector and, no reply.

So far, seems like the motto "deny ignorance" should be "embrace ignorance". I am highly disappointed in the management of ATS for not performing due diligence, that seems like somehting that should have been done from the start.
