The Obama administration is concerned about “what’s the cargo on board, where is it going, to whom, for what benefit,"

I agree, every earthquake getting blamed on H.A.A.R.P. is getting a little old. If the U.S. truly had the power to cause earthquakes with the push of a button, they would be destroying countries left and right and would have easily taken over the world by now. All they'd have to do is start with the most powerful countries first, destroy them with a series of nonstop quakes. Once all of the serious threats are contained then the secret would be out that the U.S. is causing them and possesses such power. Any country that didn't do as the U.S. says would be under constant fear that they would be quaked apart. Then the U.S. would rule the world for a very long time. Thats obviously not happening. Also sounds a bit to science fictional.
Seriously, if they had the mechanism to carry out one earthquake in a specific country, such power would be used and abused. Instead we're seeing several earthquakes a year at random times and random countries. Every time the U.S. is to blame. It just doesn't make logical sense. Why just create one little earthquake here and there ever so often? Why wait so long? Why not go all out? But, that's not happening.

No, it's not possible. It's called plate tectonics and has been happening for billions of years before man even knew what electricity was. The idea that humans building antennas in the ground can somehow move plates that weigh hundreds of trillions of tons is laughable. But that's just my opinion.

Isn't that a bit hypocritical considering that US cargo ship that was captured by Argentinean authorities had was containing Morphine, amongst other objects of questionable uses
