Could this possibly be HAARP using intelligent war games - seems such a huge coincedence!

I for one wouldn't put it past them. What do others think the link is here: www.israelnationalnews.com...

No, it's not possible. It's called plate tectonics and has been happening for billions of years before man even knew what electricity was. The idea that humans building antennas in the ground can somehow move plates that weigh hundreds of trillions of tons is laughable. But that's just my opinion.

The Obama administration is concerned about “what’s the cargo on board, where is it going, to whom, for what benefit,"

Isn't that a bit hypocritical considering that US cargo ship that was captured by Argentinean authorities had was containing Morphine, amongst other objects of questionable uses

I agree, every earthquake getting blamed on H.A.A.R.P. is getting a little old. If the U.S. truly had the power to cause earthquakes with the push of a button, they would be destroying countries left and right and would have easily taken over the world by now. All they'd have to do is start with the most powerful countries first, destroy them with a series of nonstop quakes. Once all of the serious threats are contained then the secret would be out that the U.S. is causing them and possesses such power. Any country that didn't do as the U.S. says would be under constant fear that they would be quaked apart. Then the U.S. would rule the world for a very long time. Thats obviously not happening. Also sounds a bit to science fictional.

Seriously, if they had the mechanism to carry out one earthquake in a specific country, such power would be used and abused. Instead we're seeing several earthquakes a year at random times and random countries. Every time the U.S. is to blame. It just doesn't make logical sense. Why just create one little earthquake here and there ever so often? Why wait so long? Why not go all out? But, that's not happening.

You have some good points here but I can't help but think that if they could create them they would just use the technology in such a way that they wouldn't be suspected and it would appear perfectly natural to the world at large - guess we are all so suspicious now.

Hate to disagree with you but everything, you, me the tectonic plates, the air, the sun and every single molecule has a resonant frequency, find that frequency and you could alter it's state.
I may not know the ins and outs of it, nor the competence of any government in such morality of changing or charging the tectonic plates ( if they can ) to disrupt and 'enemies' movements but one thing I DO know is that frequencies are real AND they are noticible.
I used Binaural frequencies on a regular basis , and theres one frequency that definately has an impact on the person ( can't remember it was a while ago ), but as I was listening to this frequency it felt as though my whole body was twitching, it was so strong I had to ask the wife ( who was lying beside me at the time ) "Am I twitching?".
She said no, but you get my drift, it is possible to move mountains through sound but it takes a heck of a lot of power, maybe there's a start? look for power spikes in the HAARPs area?.
