Amazing NASA Spacewalk!

There are two things to watch here (or maybe more). First, tell me what is that thing moving at the 30sec mark. It doesn't look like a cosmonaut. That thing looks huge for a cosmonaut. It doesn't move like human. Second, that round thing blinking is a washer according to the lady from NASA. Do you believe her?

In this age of 10MP cameras in cell phones, NASA should at least install cameras with clearer resolution. If someone here understands Russian, please interpret what the Russians are saying. Also, anyone who is good in photo analysis, please analyze what is that thing that is moving in there at the 30sec mark.
