Translation from the first video
(it's mexican spanish)

"Come on Pollo Come on Record them!
Record them! They’re 8! Oh! another's coming... 10!
They're 10! Look! I’m shivering!
Run Ale! Look up there… Look…
Witches! Witches!
Look neighbour Look!
Run Ale!
Happened the same last year…
Oh man… Cant believe it!"

Seems legit in voice's pitch tones inflections

The happened same as last year thing is a bit sus tho.

Lanterns are so popular these days..any excuse to let one off. Birthdays, Festivals, BBQ's, etc.

They're cheap and can buy them online, from hundreds sites.

Have a looksee here: lmgtfy.com...

regarding the increase of the chinese lanterns, they are very popular at weddings, and I have personally seen and 'nearly' mistaken one for a ufo >_> nearly...which is why the possibility cannot be ruled out without a detailed anaysis.

I have to admit, I don't see how the second video could be the lanterns, since they are in a delta pattern, there would be at least some movement and variation if it we're candles in that case.

as such i'm going to leave the rest to you guys, i've seen video's from this country that cannot be explained but without translation there is nothing further I can add in this case.

ed: ie what are the people in the street, and the lady on the balcony, saying, in each respective video?

however I cannot be sure, a translation of the voices heard in each video would help muchly, that way we can rule out any celebratory event in favour of unidentified flying balls of light =)

ln the second vid from ltaly they do not give any indication of what they think they are seeing. The guy who's filming just asks "What the heck are those"? At first the lights seem to be stationary because at 0:50 he exclaims very surprised "They are moving!" which he repeats at 1:50. Seems legit to me, he has no clue what he's filming.

Edt: The rest they are saying isnt relevant much, he tells his kid to get the binoculars, what the lady is saying l didnt understand much.

I agree the nightime footage could be lanterns, the day time stuff definitely not lanterns. Now can we have some debunkers come in and give us there veiw on the footge. Or one of them CGI experts.
