You'll get more substance from Two & A Half Men than you will from Wikileaks.
The revolution will not be televised, leaked to the media, or given any media attention until they have no choice.

Wikileaks has never done anything on the UFO front, and this clear hoax includes the phrase "Russian special forces have prepared a special report for the russian president."

This hoax comes back up every few weeks. The source is utterly debunked Sorcha Faal.

Wikileaks has released no such reports, and while it can't be 100% dismissed that they may have such a report, they have not said they do, they have made no effort to suggest they do, and, well, they don't.

Real and Thorough Answer: Because I followed the links -- the one in the description of the video leads to the "report" that the video's content is taken from; at the bottom of that "news" article is the link to "Before Its News" that I gave earlier. I then googled Sorcha Faal to find the thread about "her" being a hoax/er.

The Antarctica tail is a planted story to keep everyone away from New Mexico
so Von Braun could work in peace and bring up the saucers to Washington DC.

Although some books have sightings from the tip of South America but that
is again immaterial as to any worthwhile significance of saucers being in Antarctica.
