Nostradamus and Egypt

Across the internet they're saying, yet again, Nostradamus predicted the Egypt thing.

"The false trumpet concealing madness
will cause Byzantium to change its laws.
From Egypt there will go forth a man who wants
the edict withdrawn, changing money and standards."

What do you guys think?

Who might this man from egypt be?

That must be Mubarak, and he wants to regain access to his frozen bank accounts, because it changes his money and standard too much.

If Nostradamus was really the "prophet" people make him out to be, wouldn't this have been shouted from the rooftops BEFORE the Egyptian uprising and not used as a so-called prediction after the event as usual?
