5.8 Earthquake - Bio-Bio - Chile

Hi All,

The World keeps on shaking, this time offshore Bio-Bio in Chile. No news as of yet of any injuries, damage

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there a slightly more powerful earthquake this time last year in Chile?? I think it was an 8.8 or so, and again last month. If this is anything to go by, it may be a reoccurring theme for the Chileans.

Seems strange Chile is getting hit hard although it may be a consequence of the Valdivia Earthquake in 1960. And I don't mean to startle or scare anyone but it seems this may not have been the only one within the last 24 hours.

I did not know the US was angered by Chile, must be a warning shot off of the HAARP bow.

Currently, (Edwards AFB time 08:25) there have been NO major earthquakes (except for Bio-Bio)
earthquake.usgs.gov...
for about 24 hours. I think this is unusual.
