What we really need is an accurate map of the world and its electrodynamics, overlayed with the major human populations, combined with a set of
statistics on crime rates, education, population, wars, influential people, etc, in order to find some kind of correlation. I would imagine that
certain places with more "energy" would generally be the more civilised areas, however, those with little would be the uncivilised areas.
Furthermore, areas that experience significant fluctuations over time might represent areas that experience the greatest number of wars and chaos.
