What;
the filling of two suitable reservoirs in the Dry Gulch, Wenatchee.

When;
now.

How;
U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Draft + Electrical Power from nearby Dams and Wind Farms

Why;
to ensure the prosparity of the Pacific Northwest, and specifically, the Wenatchee Valley.

On Monday; 14.2.11, I will visit the City Hall of Wenatchee and propose my Plan to them.

actions to take;
0)Enact a County wide U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Draft. 18+ women citizens wishing to work on the project may do so;
pay rate for draftees and volunteers; an income of usable things, healthy food, cloth, essential supplies.
1)char sagebush, grass, etc and activate the carbon to create
2)fill the twin lakes using water from the Columbia river.
3)plant crops and grass.
4)maintain a productive farming co op in the gulch.
5)use regulated watering runoff to creat hydro power.
6)populate the lakes with durable, edible fish.

Wenatchee will be like a City of Prosperity.

But isn't Lake Chelan and a hydropower dam due north of Dry Gulch? What would be the benefit of this? What impact would this have on the farming industry out there, wildlife etc..
A map picture of the location you mention would be nice..
