Actually it is said is an energy based system so it touches on the metaphysical realm. You can not look at it from the point of view that cameras recorded the events in order to have them stored in the Hall of Reords.

It's so true when they say: We see things as we are not as they are . Or to be more correct the right expression is: We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are. Either way !!!

You guys are right, I've fallen into the same line of thinking as all the other non-belivers. I guess that comes from my training in electronics. But you have to have an open mind in order to seek the truth.

it may very well be the case that the users of the hall of records had the ability to control the 5th dimension on a quantum level and implement the capture of light at any given location on or off the earth. a quantum camera with the ability to manifest anywhere and anytime. i would think that such a device would far exceed resolutions of current systems and technologies.
i agree that current learnings require a rigid-reality-mindset, however the subjects at hand imo require extra-ordinary above logic considerations. the open mind facilitates such possibilities.

There is strong evidence that Romanian territory had an advanced civilization capable of writing that is predating Summer so I would assume that if something as a Hall of Records would be discovered in the Romanian Mountains should not be a surprise.

What is amazing is the fact that Viewed from above (hypothetically) those tunnels crossing mountains not chaotic but in the form of lines that configure the image of a huge wolf, with mouth open, like when they throw the prey. Cape wolf is in the Apuseni Mountains and descends to near the tail Pietrosita, Dambovita county.

The logical question is whether these underground passages were man-made or if there were only discovered and used by humans? It is a question that nobody yet to respond. Perhaps only the mystics, who had the courage to say that everything was built by the Great God Zamolxis when he decided to defend the holy land and the people who inhabit it.

It seems that as time goes on more and more discoveries that have either been forgotten or hidden from mankind are making their way to the surface. It also appears that our ancerstors were'nt as primative as once believed. It will take persistence and tanacity to bring the facts foward.

Lisa, You were mentioning some stone "tablets" and other artifacts recently excavated from a riverbank, and also that there are possible connections to the later formation of Sumer. Have you seen the Fuente Magne and the Pokotia Monolith? Discovered in Bolivia. The Fuente Magne has two different types of text on it...one in Sumerian cuneiform, the other is described as a "Semitic language of possible Sinaitic extraction.

On subjects like this it is always important to have eyes in that region to help verify any claims such as these. From all the posts it certainly seems like there is a basis for the stories from the past. If there were tunnels criss-crossing that area then any eye wittness investigation is worth it's weight in gold.

1. John of Anina the bones of the ancestor of all Europeans were found in a cave in a small Romanian city, named Anina. The archaeologists named the ancestor “Ion (din Anina)” (which means John from/of Anina). In 1999, a group of Romanian scientists conducted a complex study at the Sarmizegetusa Regia fortress, using special equipment to detect buried walls and objects.

In this way it was highlighted, that under Sarmizegetusa Regia, and bellow other Dacian strongholds (that we know now of), there is a huge and compact military and civilian architectural complex, with multiple cores, occupying an area of 200 square kilometers, rich in gold, having multiple elements dating before the Dacian civilization.

The plans of this ancient city, about the size of Bucharest, were collected in a file that was sent to the Ministry of Culture, but the institution haven't announced anything in this case.

Our true history is amazing to say the least, and hopefully we will live long enough to know it. Only time will tell.

"[Use this talisman (the Fuente bowl)] To sprout [oh] diviner the unique advise [at] the temple".

"The righteous shrine, anoint (this) shrine, anoint (this) shrine; The leader takes an oath [to] Establish purity, a favorable oracle (and to) Establish character. [Oh leader of the cult] Open up a unique light [for all], [who] wish for a noble life".

The Pokotia signs are found on the front of the statue below the hands. The Pokotia signs are found on the right and left thighs of the figure. The symbols on the Pokotia statue are read from top to bottom, right to left. The signs have syllabic values.

Translation:

" Distribute/ the opening of the Oracle to mankind./ Proclaim [that Putaki's] offspring (are to) witness esteem./Act justly (now), to send forth the oracle to nourish knowledge./ Appreciate the cult. [All to] witness the divine decree./ Send forth the soothsayer to capture the speech [from the oracle] to make clear the ideal norm [ for living, as a guide for mankind]. [Citizens] witness in favor of this human being to create wisdom (for all mankind), and send forth [an example of good] character [Indeed]!"

There is an additional inscription on the left side of the statue.

"The Diviner proclaims the phenomenal depth of this area , of the deity's power, to entrust man with wisdom".

On the far right side of the Pokotia statue there are inscriptions which appear to be engraved in a box that provide the name of the oracle. Below is the inscription:

"Good Putaki, a wise man and progenator of (many) people."

There is an additional inscription on the right side of the statue.

" Take an oath to witness character and wisdom. Witness the deity's power [ to make for you] a righteous soul".

Many Aymara terms relate to the metaphysical world. This is not surprising given this decipherment of the Pokotia statue and the Magna Fuente bowl which indicated that the Sumerians had established many aspects of their religion in Bolivia.

The linguistic evidence supports the view that many of these Sumerians were miners. The Sumerian term for copper was urudu, this term agrees with the Aymara terms for gold 'ouri' and copper 'anta, yawri'. The similarity between urudu and, yawri and ouri suggest that the Sumerians may have been the first people in the area to exploit the metals found throughout the Titicaca area and Bolivia.

The presence of Sumerian terms in the Aymara language, and Sumerian writing on the Fuente Magna bowl and Pokotia statue make it obvious that Sumerian civilization was formerly widespread in South America.

This leads me to believe that Bolivia and Peru, may represent the "Tin Land of the West" mentioned in the Sumerian inscriptions. If this is ture ancient Bolivia-Peru may have been called the mountains of Sunset or the "Sunset Land", by the ancient Sumerians.

splendid input. many thanks for your efforts here. it continues to amaze me. if i remember correctly something i read decades ago regarding the sumerian miners, were they also termed 'cassites'? i think their origin was africa and they may have worked for the sumerians. evidence they also set foot on south american shores is out there somewhere. i have seen a photograph of a large head carving apparently from south america showing strong african features that was dated pre-new world/indian takeover.

You may wish to find another source for your 'translation' than Clyde Ahmah Winters, he is not a, shall we say, stalwart scholar, a polymath yes, always believable no; he also believes he has translated Harrapan and several other languages. He also thinks Atlantis was in Mexico.

You may wish to look up the symbols in the on-line Sumerian dictionary, however most of them aren't really Sumerian so good luck.

Why would the Sumerians mine tin in Bolivia - an impossibily difficult voyage for them when they could get it from Spain or England? How would they have found it in Bolivia? World wide exploration? Then they would have found the easy to mine tin sources in Malaysia and they did have an established record of trade in the Indian ocean..

Ok if the tunnels are there, how many and to what extent, they have been explored,
like archeologically.

the picture in question was in the latest publication of world explorer, vol 3 no9. the excavation took place in the Empty Quarter early summer 1993. Saudi officials would neither confirm nor deny this.
