Well it looks like the NASA site is saying "Number of Potential Impacts = 4" with "Energy of 8.1e-04 MT (Measured in Megatons of TNT)" Do they figure that is the number of 'chunks' that will break off and hit earth?
Must be coming from a 'Bug planet'.

Less than a week ago, on February 4, 2011-CQ, an object about the same size as Wednesday’s 2-3 meter (6.5-10 ft) wide asteroid zipped past only 11,855 km (7,366 miles) from the surface of the Earth. If that seems really close to you, it’s because that’s really close. Your TV satellite is about three times farther out in space.
On Wednesday afternoon, 2011-CA7, an asteroid the size of a volkswagen, will shoot past the Earth so close that it will be lower than some satellites.
