Man Survives Huge ‘Alien’ Tumor

When Josh Abken told his doctor he was having persistent back pain about a year ago, the doctor took an x-ray. The Chico-area school vice principal said he was stunned to learn what was growing inside him.

“You think you got a serious muscle pull or something, [but] the doctor has that serious doctor face you see on TV,” Abken said. “They didn’t really know what was growing inside of me.”

They named it Gill: A soccer-ball size “alien” tumor that had become as solid as a rock and even had growing tentacles.

OK, I just got flashbacks to the hollywood movie
ALIENS, where the body acted as a host for the alien
to grow til it busted out on it's own.

This being a conspiracy web site, I'm sure the
conjecture on this will abound.

S&F Boondock, in part, for creeping me out before breakfast.

When I see stories like this, I can't help thinking about chimeras.

Like a horror-movie villain locked into a three-picture contract, your twin never really died. Instead, she'll end up hiding in plain sight--within your very cells--rendering you a chimera, a single human who carries the genetic makeup of two different people. Most of the time, there aren't any outward signs that your body is harboring a stowaway. But when you do notice, things get a little crazy.

Over easy. Hold the tentacles, please.

BTW, that's a b_tchin' new avatar you have there. "Contrails?" I think not!

A comment from below your linked story is even scarier!

Ed

My wife has gone through this same exact thing as mentioned above.
She had a tumor between her shoulder blades that she could feel moving under her skin. She had it since she was in junior high school.
When the tumor was removed it weighed 30 pounds and had tentacles and was moving on its own.
The Doctor said it was a lypoma tumor.
The only other thing that she was told is that they shipped it to the Mayo Clinic.
I do not believe this to be a common tumor it seems that these things whatever they are, are more of a life form of some type than a tumor. I have also been informed that Dr’s are instructed to keep quiet about things like this.. Anyone else have any ideas?

Can you imagine having something 30 pounds with tentacles and moving on its own inside your body? Surely a scientist could dissect and evaluate such a thing? Does it have it's own nervous system or organs? Are there muscle tissues that allow it to move? Can it survive in another environment? How does it draw its parasitic nutrients? Can it be fed and grown outside a body?

Nasty, scary stuff!

When I read this I recalled a similar story from a friend of mine. He had a smaller tumor in his back that also had the tendrils and had it removed. The tendrils had grown into some of his muscular tissue and it had to be removed as well. Anyway, if you think this is weird or uncommon or whatever, just read the first comment below the article.

These are actually common tumours. A very high percent of women (if not all women) have these tumours, they are called fibroids and often they are calcified and massive, they dont remove them if its a women as so many have them, even if its causing problems. Because its a man, the media make a big deal about it.
