The terror threat posed by missile attacks against commercial airplanes has prompted the U.S. government to test antimissile systems on American aircraft, following the lead of Israel, which began installing similar systems on its El Al fleet last weekend.

Its about time you don't have to be a genius or a good shot to take down a 747 when its taking off or landing you could even do a lot of damage with an AK.

I�m not sure about the comment about the AK, but otherwise I agree with WestPoint23.

I think that they need to take more precautions with these planes, because who knows, with the shape America is in now, there may be more attacks against civilians.
