Caribbean International Highway

I was in a Caribbean market yesterday and overheard some people talking about the Caribbean International Highway. Apparently its a highway connecting the Caribbean islands. Here is a quote from one site I found.

The Florida – Haiti Interstate Tunnel, I-95U or Caribbean International Highway Route 1 is an under construction underwater highway tunnel spanning from southern Florida, outside of Miami to northern Haiti, the city of Cap-Haitien. The tunnel began construction in mid 2009, so far spanning 100 miles in length at the sea floor. The tunnel itself is expected completion by early 2011 with addition work completing by late 2011, spanning a total of 600 miles. The Caribbean International Highway construction was featured on Discovery Channel’sExtreme Engineering documentary series.

My Opinion: If this is in fact true. How is it possible that the mass has not heard about it. Not to mention the who's and why's of this project. The timeline for completion is also crazy. What do you guys think?

I think it’s a hoax. Every site has the same information, same map, no pictures of the construction. Didn’t find anything on the Discovery Channel about it either.

now it all makes sense, haarp destroys haiti's infrastructure, paving the way for american reconstruction, the caribbean highway links the mainland with the island making it a cheap travel destination.

"baby doc" duvalier miraculously wins a free and honest election and resumes his role an american custodian, denying haitians such trivial things as freedom and education.

once all the casinos, hotels and resorts are built the money laundering could begin.

on a semi serious note, there must be something supernatural or very valuable in haiti that the illuminati and nwo show an almost fanatical obsession with this impoverished island.

it must be something very important in occultist circles because it doesn't make sense that so many empires fight for control of haiti when there are many places around the world in as much trouble.

i think that's the real root of the haiti question.

Strange there isn't more about this project than blogs. I've looked and looked for the episode on the Discovery Channel website and can't find one. I'm not sure there ever was one. It sounds to me like this is the wishful thinking of the Haitian people.

Almost all the sites I've been to say exactly the same thing. Nothing about who's building it or the real gain of such a venture. I also call HOAX
