I feel that this needed its own thread, Some of the info in this document has already been seen on the net, but if you scroll down it begins discussing the Cloverleaf sunscreen particles that are being sprayed in our skies, to generate "global cooling", It also talks about the radioactive particles that our soldiers are breathing in over Iraq, and the health effects they are experiencing, and last but not least talks about how these so called "natural disasters" are MAN MADE and Precisely controlled.

You apparently don't realize what you are looking at and why it is posted.
What you are seeing is something sent to somebody else. As it is a government entity, all communications remain part of the "record". Because it is not "classified" in anyway, when those documents are converted to digital, they are posted. It doesn't make it an official document, nor does anyone claim that it is an admission to anything in the document. It was received, it was recorded, digitized, and posted, like millions of similar documents everyday.

You could do this yourself: Write a letter to the USAF proclaiming the "fact" that Santa was real and has been assisted by the military for long periods of time, and supply pages of "evidence" you pull from all over the web. Wait a while, then check back. You would find your letter here, given the same treatment. Doesn't mean anybody agrees with you, confirms your beliefs, or even reads all the information you send. It means it's been received and logged into their files as correspondence. And that is all.

With documents popping up like crazy as of late, how can anyone doubt that chemtrails are a fact?

To me, some of the info is very important since this really does explain why and how the chemtrail material is able to survive combustion and exit the airplanes turbines unaffected!

Great find!! This is pretty revealing and seems legit. The paper has a link to another article that is interesting too, addressing the future, 2025. FUTURE
Thanks for thickening the plot and giving us more to work with in determining what is going on in our skies.
I think one of the reasons this info is not out there is because it confirms that something is up with our weather, either presently or in the future and they would rather us not be concerned. Gotta keep us slavin' til the very end.
