The biosphere is collapsing due to pollution. Trees and plants are dying because the level of o3 in the air is toxic to them. o3 makes plants more vulnerable to disease and death. We must stop releasing toxic gasses that are killing the biosphere.

In the ozone layer it is a good thing. Ground level ozone is a toxic pollutant.
