Nevada home to largest share of illegal workers

Illegals have put me out of business in my trade of 30+ yrs, to the point I'm currently losing everything, house included. Still plenty of illegals working where I live. I'm so sick and tired of my govt and our people not standing up to this "illegal fraud" crap. If illegals want a better life thats fine, but they're nothing but cowards not willing to fix their own problems so they feel the right that they come over here and screw up my life, my means of supporting my family and bankrupt our states and country. Ship them back where they belong, sick of these low life loseres abusing and frauding our country because they're not willing to put in the effort to fix their own problems. Someone give me a reasonable answer and reason why I and many many others should have to compete and lose our jobs, so some lazy and cowardly thieves can come here illegaly and take our jobs and not give a flying ### about the very country or people they're stealing from. Anyone really think they give a rats arse if US citizens have jobs? If you care about this country and your way of life I highly suggest you people wake up. Those that are pro illegal should start supporting them with the loss of their own jobs and money and then tell us how you feel about. Your tune would change guaranteed.

same story too. I don't care what statistic you got, just come down here and scope the cars, workers, pedestrians. and then look me in the eye and tell me it's not 9 outta 10 hispanic.

just about everyone I know is unemployed here. and though harry reid isn't innocent, hes not the sole resposible party either. I can actually remember reading a news report some years back that the fertittas and some other corps set aside millions to lobby to keep illegals here. infact you come down here to vegas and I can take you to the seedier parts of downtown and show you where the "white" busses come to pick up desperate americans to fill out time sheets with thier name and social. the major casino companies then will cut a check for between $100 - $250 for this. according to the persons who showed me this, in the basements of these resorts they have hundreds of cots on the floor for these people to sleep.

reporting any of this is useless. this state is soo goddamned crooked now they all make the mafia look like saints. republican/democrat, it dosen't matter. what they did to the gaming board was years in the making. got the right politcal atmosphere and the right kinda bought out media, coupled with what are the dumbest popululation of people in the country. DO NOT come here looking for work, DO NOT come here to gamble. let this place die out.

BTW, regarding the trades, LOL!! totally destroyed, even the unions hopped on the bandwagon eventually. talking bout 30 yrs HVAC in my framily. they will undercut you soo damn low on pay that jobs is just too hazardous to go up in 150 degree attics during the summer. but if that wasn't enough, they figured out they could go into all the countless highend communities full of forclosures and yank high seer equipment out. look on craigslist, you'll see state of the art trane units going for nothing, with a contact usually named carlos.

so they ran us out of work then turned on the companies that hired them. I swear you almost never see any install cranes around the town anymore.

Pro illegal people obviously don't care about their fellow citizenz. They don't care if you have a loved one who has been raped or killed by an illegal. They don't care if you lost your job and are worried sick about how you will feed and care for your family. They don't care if you make 3.00 over the poverty limit and are denied benefits of any kind while an illegal gets the benefits through their deciet. They don't care if they have to be bilingual and speak spanish to get some jobs now.

One day their eyes will open and they will be sorry they didn't stand up and fight against it. But when? What will it take? Will their little child have to be raped or killed first? Will their elderly parents or grandparents have to suffer first? Will it be their wife or husband that they lose first before they can see?

It is one thing to have compassion for poor people no matter where they may live or what color they are, it is quite a different thing when the poor of another Country gets treated better, has more options and opportunities while citizens fall through the cracks.

My Very Dear Friend Night Star, These Pro illegal people are still living with their parent or parents and don't work or they are fairly well to do types that are still living off some one else's money. Their house cleaner as a name and it's Maria Sanchez and the Gardner is Juan Sanchez and their poll boy is Jesus Garcia and their cooks name is Gloria Garcia and the list can go on and on.

These people have never lost anything important to them, except maybe their appointment book with the dates for their hair dresser or their cars keys.
Or they're want to be Hippies that believe in Open Borders and Sanctuary Cities and Free Health-care at Tax Payers Expense. YES, Tax Payer Expense, not their expense, they don't have jobs, they live off other people and collect welfare and complain how badly we Americans treat every one.

Does anyone else find it to be ironic that the state with the most classified military base in the U.S. is also home to the largest contingency of "undocumented workers". "Illegal immigrants". Whatever.

What i don't understand is how illegals get a Las Vegas Work Card

In Nevada, employees in the gaming and hospitality fields are required by law to obtain certain work cards. The employer for whom you work and your position dictate the type of work cards you need. It is a good idea to get your work cards before you apply for jobs, as many employers want to see them at the interview. It is the employer, not the employee, who gets fined if an employee is caught working without the required cards.

These are also sometime called State Gaming ID cards and must be gotten from the sheriff's department after a background check.

There can be no way that a illegal can get this card or pass a background check.
Unless the Las Vegas sheriff's department is crooked and selling the cards to anyone.
