I don't see how confronting the Spineless H. Reid is calling him out, I have to assume H. Reid's own security detail didn't see this as a threat to the Spineless Reid as they didn't confront or arrest this American Citizen.

But when these people threaten our elected officials with violence, in essence they really are threatening each of us. It's supposed to be WE the people, not ME the person. The people that threaten our politicians are in fact trying to silence the voice of the people. I don't believe that the people who would threaten our politicians want freedom for the people, I believe that they want some sort of dictatorship, where only their voice is heard.

The issue here however is that the subject of the OP did not threaten an official. Unless you consider asking that official a direct question based upon that officials actions a threat.

Maybe you can explain to me how asking an elected official a question regarding his/her actions equals a verbal assault. I personally do not see it this way. I believe it is our duty to ask questions. I also completely disagree that asking the representatives from the state of Virgina would be the proper thing to do. The representatives from Virgina are not the people who are refusing to allow the House bill to reach the Senate floor for a vote... the official he asked his questions to is. If I had set your house on fire, and you wanted to know why I did it, would the proper thing to do be to ask me why I did it, or would the proper thing to do be to ask other people who know me why I did it?

Not a whole lot of people travel most of the way across the country to go grocery shopping. Senator Reid has the excuse that VA is very close to Washington DC and he probably has an apartment in VA.

I don't think it would take a doctorate to infer the residence of the man accosting the Senator.

The man didn't do anything illegal, just was rude and improper, why would he be arrested?

Which is a threat to ALL of our elected officials, If you had followed the whole thread you would have seen that was who I was referring to. But you assumed, and you know what they say about people who assume?
