CNBC "interviews" overlooking Central Park

Probably not a conspiricy here, but currently on cnbc, every now and then they'll interview someone looking out the same window overlooking Central Park. There is snow on the ground and on the tops of the buildings however... the trees look awfully strange(blurry/smudged). Almost like they used cgi to alter the picture or something. Does any one familiar with cgi think this is/has been altered?

Most likely just fog on the windows. I'm sure they don't bother wiping down the tops of the windows before they start filming.
