Ron Paul Calls Egypt Crisis A Mess Made by U.S.

"This is a typical example of what happens when we run on intervention-type foreign policies. We get in the middle of these fights. We've been in the middle of this for 30 years now. We've given Mubarak $60 billion. We're responsible for a lot of the mess that is over there," Paul said this afternoon on FOX News Channel's Your World with Neil Cavuto.

"I wouldn't just cut off Egyptian aid. I'd cut off all aid to the Middle East and maybe that whole area would be better off for it," the congressman told Fox.

You know, every time I quote this man, friends criticize me by calling him a Tea Party radical. You know what? I don't give a damn if he's a radical or not, Ron Paul has made more sense than any politician in a very long time. I've been a supporter of this man for years now and will be until he passes on.

Sadly, his comments will be blown over and we'll still continue to aid the Middle East and rely on Arab oil. No matter how much damage it does to us security and economical wise.

I'm certainly no Tea-Partier, but I think Ron calls 'em as he sees 'em! He's got undeniable facts in his statement, and logical conclusions.

he's sooo right. all the time, I can't wait till I can put in a vote for him. ...and then pray that my vote even counts!

I have not seen ANY other political candidate, for president, or anything else for that matter, that can come close to Ron Paul. There are a few things that I don't agree with in regards to him, but as everyone has different opinions that's always going to be the case. I think one simple change that would have made this country 100% better would have been to have him as president.

he does make a world of sense.
I don't know why he's not more popular. I doubt a lot of people know about him.
but he makes more sense than a lot of politicians I've heard... or most people I've listened to.
