There are currently 13,087 yellow cabs on the road in New York City, plus over 40,000 other for-hire vehicles, such as town cars and executive cars,
all regulated by the Taxi and Limousine Commission.
What if the majority of them were modded to carry explosives, all around New York... neighboring cities, imagine the devastation and sheer panic,
taxis can stop almost anywhere...anytime to pick up and drop off passengers, they can carry enough explosives in the back to cause massive damage.
Also, aren't most taxi drivers of middle-eastern origin?
The question is, who regulates the taxi and limousine commission.
