thanks for the info and your link worked fine for me ... as a FL resident this sure confuses the obvious.
In this county, we are recorded everywhere ... streets, public buildings, convenience stores, parking lots, heck some 'communities' have big-brother
cams on a common corner just so the PD doesn't don't Have to respond, promptly.
what has me curious now though is this ... we are 'consciously' and conspicuously recorded everywhere, soooo doesn't or shouldn't that qualify as
common/applied/inferred consent ... especially when in a public place with any public official?
When police respond to a disturbance, their cameras are already rolling (without individual party consent) ... why isn't that considered some form of
blanket consent available to all parties involved?
